Description:
A large sterling silver charger by American ex-patriate silver designer, William Spratling (1900-1967) who worked in Mexico. The bowl is highlighted by three incised loop forms and cabochon amethysts. Hand hammering is evident on the bowl and adds to the beauty of the piece. Signed with the circular conjoined WS mark and the oval Spratling silver mark.

Very good with slight surface scratches consistent with age and wear
