Description:
A rare sterling silver link bracelet by William Spratling who worked in Taxco, Mexico from 1930 to his death in 1967 and who influenced the renaissance of Mexican silver in the mid 20th century. This is a rare example of Spratling's work in which he combined pre Columbian iconography with modern design. Signed with an applied disc marked "Spratling Silver Made in Mexico" with an additional oval mark impressed with "Spratling Silver".
